1. Product Manager

The product manager’s work is to ideate the final web app how it will function and look. The product manager is responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. An important organisational role – especially in technology companies – sets the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product or product line. He must ensure that all the necessary deliverables for a project are completed and handed over on time.

2. Graphic Designer

The role of a Graphic Designer is to Create assets for all marketing and branding for the web app  – including a logo and complete style guide, which includes social media content, iconography, colour scheme, typographic selections and the treatment of imagery compiled in a style guide.

3. UI/UX Designer

The responsibilities of a UI/UX Designer is to Create wireframes, prototypes and Conduct user testing with a group of pilot participants to find out if the app is easy to use and solves the problems. After completing these tasks, the designer has to Design the final prototypes to pass to the person who will code the app.

4. Full Stack Web Developer

The role of a full stack web developer is to code the front end of the app (what the user sees and interacts within the browser) and after that Code the back end of the app (creates a database to pull content about different flight locations, utilizes API’s for weather and other information, etc).

5. Digital Marketer

I will handle the digital marketing department, and my work is to develop a digital marketing plan that includes ads, social media marketing and more. Develop and implement an SEO strategy that helps us acquire potential customers, and I will also create written content for all marketing.
