Conversion Rate – This is calculated by dividing the total number of visitors on the web app by the total number of cupcake buyers.

Cost Per Acquisition – It measures the cost to acquire one paying customer.

Bounce rate – Measure the number of visitors that arrive at the web app and leave without navigating to any other page on the website.

Marketing Channel -:

Facebook Ads – Facebook has 2.9 billion active users. We will run website traffic ads on Facebook to send the potential buyers on the web app. This platform offers micro-targeting options. So, we can target the audience based on their location, age, gender, interests, and other segments. I think this marketing platform is perfect for my client’s business.

Google Search Ads – During the initial days, it’s challenging to get organic traffic on the website because a new website has very less credibility on google. We will work on organic traffic, but apart from that, we will run paid google search ads on specific keywords to increase our business reach.

E-mail Marketing – Email marketing is one of the most affordable ways to connect with our audience and generate more sales. By using email marketing, we will send personalized emails to our customers. According to research, emails that include the recipient’s first name in their subject line have a higher clickthrough rate than those that don’t. I think in this way we can generate more sales.

Google My Business (Free) – Apart from all these paid marking platforms, we will create a free GMB account for our business. After that, we will create citations of our business on all free platforms. So that we can rank locally on google search results. As we are on a tight budget, this is the best way to acquire potential customers for free.
